The Role
We’re looking for a smart, confident, and independent Marketing Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our marketing function and help our customers thrive. What You’ll Do

• Work with vendors to develop and implement marketing programs that grow sales and strengthen our customer relationships.
• Lead content creation across digital channels, campaigns, and promotional materials
• Manage social media presence and community engagement
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s marketing vision

What We’re Looking For

• A sharp, resourceful marketer with strong instincts and initiative
• Someone confident making decisions and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and verbal
• Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking ability
• A polished, professional presence that reflects well in front of clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Familiarity with HVAC or wholesale distribution is a plus but not required

This is a full-time job based in Saint Louis, MO. Some travel will be required.
