Job descriptionSummer : Master lawn care, identify turfgrass issues, and transform commercial properties into thriving landscapes. Winter : Manage your route and conquer snowdrifts, ensuring safe winter travel for businesses. Variety : Every day brings new challenges and tasks across diverse commercial properties. Hold a valid CT Commercial Pesticide Junior Operator License in hand (REQUIRED) . Have a strong work ethic, safety commitment, and thrive in diverse weather. Enjoy physical activity and working outdoors in both hot and cold climates. Are a quick learner with a passion for lawn science. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Have a valid Driver's License with no tickets. Possess or be able to obtain DOT medical card prior to start. Previous experience working with commercial properties. A valid CT Commercial Supervisory Pesticide License. Prior snow plow truck or loader experience.
