High end, high volume steak house is looking for both full time and part time positions for our Mahwah

and Fairlawn locations.

Our bussers are an integral part of the dining room, there for we will need to have the following qualities.

Outgoing Articulate Well Groomed Professional Punctual Works Well Under Pressure, Warm and

Pleasant Demeanor, Strong Work Ethic, Organized

Flexible hours are a must, availability must cover one or multiple shifts including but not limited to

nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience Recommended

Busser Responsibilities

Table maintenance, ensuring tables are set properly throughout the entire dinner

Removing unwanted, unnecessary items from the table

Removing any unwanted debris from the table (Crumbing the table)

Marking table for next course

Must be able to take direction

Water Service

Strong communication skills

Must be able to lift 10 lbs of weight

Proper handling of china, glasses and silverware

Compensation Minimum wage for tipped employees $5.62, plus tips. We are a tip pool house.
