Responsibilities :

• Research Planning and Execution :

o Design and execute comprehensive research plans.

o Employ Human Centered Design Research Methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

o Analyze user data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

o Utilize statistical tools and software for data analysis, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of findings.

o Synthesize research findings into clear, concise deliverables, including user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other user experience artifacts.

o Present research findings to stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including experience architects, designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.

o Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

o Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in user research and data analysis.

o Continuously improve research processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, Human Factors, or a related field.

o Proven experience (3+ years) in user research and data analysis, preferably within a similar industry.

o Proficiency in research tools and software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, NVivo, Excel, or similar.

o Strong understanding of various research methodologies and their application.

o Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

o Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex information to diverse audiences.

o Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other UX deliverables.

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

o Experience in the energy or clean technology sector is a plus.

o Familiarity with Figma.

o Certification in UX Research or Data Analysis. Will Per Diem and Mob / De-Mob expense types be available for this requisition?
