Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Akron, OH. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing personal care, and ensuring patient comfort. Daily tasks include helping clients with personal hygiene, offering companionship, and supporting activities of daily living (ADLs). The role involves close communication with clients to build trust and support their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and Personal Care
• Competence in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Patient Care
• Strong Communication skills
• Empathy, compassion, and dedication to providing high-quality care
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR certification) and previous experience in a similar role are a plus
