Underwriting Administrative Assistant
Sort, scan, and distribute mail, faxes, Document Control and unmatched checks. Handle must-answer phones for all Underwriting staff. Submit assigned invoices. Order consumer reports. Generate Canada Non-Resident Liability Cards and Loss History Reports. Distribute risk alerts and returned mail. Maintain Underwriting Department staffing roster and supplies.
Superior communication and telephone skills
Ability to perform the position with close to moderate supervision

Ability to follow instructions and work in a harmonious manner with co-workers
Technical ability to effectively navigate several computer systems and programs
