Job descriptionMileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Earn holiday pay incentives, up to $1,400, while working November 2025-December 2025. Weekly paychecks. Weekly performance pay. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus : Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Live within 85 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA. Medical, dental and vision insurance. 401(k) savings plan with company match.
