Your Role :
As a Dental Hygienist , you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You’ll play a crucial role in our patient care team, ensuring that each patient receives the time and care they deserve. Current dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.CPR Certification.Preferred Experience :
Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.A desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office / Doctor / Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation.Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, arranged during the pre-employment process.Who is Heartland Dental?
