Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations : Warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a gracious and seamless dining experience.
Reservation Management : Oversee and optimize table bookings using OpenTable or similar platforms to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow and uphold service standards.
Service Excellence : Maintain a composed, professional demeanor under pressure while fostering a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
Operational Proficiency : Utilize POS systems effectively and adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures.
Continuous Improvement : Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale systems.
