A company is looking for a Manager of EMEA Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Own and exceed sales targets for the team

Instill effective pipeline generation practices and streamline sales processes

Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience leading teams in a high-growth enterprise SaaS company

5+ years of top-performance experience in a high-growth startup, preferably selling to technical personas

Experience managing and coaching through Mid-Market and Enterprise sales cycles

Solid understanding of SaaS renewal and upsell motions

Experience in selling through a channel sales motion
