RECEPTIONIST, bilingual in English/Spanish is needed for a position at a medical company in the Rancho Cordova area. This is a 40hour, full time, temp to hire opportunity who can deliver outstanding customer service and has proven ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment. Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Spanish. Qualified candidates are actively being considered.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling, appointment notification processing.
Process patient intake, send appointment notifications, and correspond via phone and email in English/Spanish.
Learn multiple schedules, locations, and habits of physicians.
Work with others to get all appointment notifications processed timely.
Be flexible to staff outside locations.
Assist patients on the phone and in office; Interpret in Spanish as needed.
Call patients to confirm appointments and provide specific instructions for appointments, including completion of paperwork.
Assess upcoming cases, address missing items, contact parties, as necessary.
Assist staff with clerical work or other tasks & approved by management
Professionally track work and follow up as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must perform computer work on the computer as it relates to job duties.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Outlook, Excel is preferred. Ability to utilize basic computer programs.
Must type 45-50 wpm.
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
