RSC Operations Manager
The RSC Operations Manager oversees and directs the Retail Support Center operational departments and exempt staff to maximize safety, quality, productivity, and employee relations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee activities directly related to warehouse operations.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Review financial statements and reports to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Determine staffing requirements and oversee the hiring process.
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinates.
- Create developmental opportunities for direct reports.
- Establish processes to ensure high-quality and efficient deliveries.
- Actively pursue succession planning.

What You Need To Succeed
Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace.Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture.Bachelor's Degree or related field or equivalent professional experience.Proven management experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.Ability to analyze and logistically manage a distribution workforce.Compensation Details : $86,700 - $100,000
