Ideal Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience managing IT service teams in engineering or manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop technical staff
• Deep knowledge of information security practices, particularly within the defense sector
• Expertise in IT methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Software Development Lifecycle) and Lean-Agile principles (DevSecOps, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Strong experience managing IT projects and initiatives

Salary Note : This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range : USD $139,189.00 - USD $147,000.00 / Yr.
