Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Services Engineer reporting out of New Berlin, WI. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering high-quality customer service on-site for American CRS Equipment\'s esteemed clientele. Open to remote stationed technician based on skill and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service tasks and troubleshoot technical issues on-site or remotely as appropriate
• Provide technical support to customers
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
