Director Of Compliance
Swope Health is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Director of Compliance to play a vital role in the managing of Swope Health's compliance program. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the Director of Compliance provides strategic and operational oversight for the compliance functions of the FQHC. This role is responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including HRSA, HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and 340B requirements. The Director develops and implements the corporate compliance program, oversees risk mitigation strategies, and ensures organizational policies and procedures promote ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
