Tennessee Licensed Case Manager Nurse

A company is looking for a Case Manager Visit Nurse for North MS.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing assessment, care, evaluation, and education to patients and families

Promote evidence-based practice by developing, implementing, and evaluating process standards

Demonstrate leadership excellence and commitment to professional development in clinical practice

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing - RN

Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - RN

Minimum of 6 months RN experience

Preferred : More than 1 year of experience in a similar clinical setting

Licenses : Basic Life Support certification and Registered Nurse license in Tennessee
