Responsible for equipment service support at customer sites :
- Maintain the system including daily monitoring, system diagnosis as required, regular tool calibrations and PMs.
- Trouble shooting and recover the system from failure.
- Basic application support including recipe setup and optimization, defect detection andclassification, hi-resolution review, defect analysis explanation
- Customer training
- Contact window between customer and support / research team.
- Coordinate on site activities and logistics.
Requirement :
BA or higher in one of the following disciplines : EE, ME, SEMExperience in semiconductor equipment preferred.Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervisionstrong analytic and data analysis skillsSelf-motivated and a great team-playerMust be eligible to work in the United StatesSome traveling to other customer sites in Asia may be requiredGood communication skills both spoken and written (English); Bilingual ability (Chinese) a big plusGreen card or US CitizenCompany offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
