Job description

Responsible for equipment service support at customer sites :

  • Maintain the system including daily monitoring, system diagnosis as required, regular tool calibrations and PMs.
  • Trouble shooting and recover the system from failure.
  • Basic application support including recipe setup and optimization, defect detection andclassification, hi-resolution review, defect analysis explanation
  • Customer training
  • Contact window between customer and support / research team.
  • Coordinate on site activities and logistics.

Requirement :

  • BA or higher in one of the following disciplines : EE, ME, SEM
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
  • strong analytic and data analysis skills
  • Self-motivated and a great team-player
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Some traveling to other customer sites in Asia may be required
  • Good communication skills both spoken and written (English); Bilingual ability (Chinese) a big plus
  • Green card or US Citizen
