IB-OB Distribution Coordinator
The coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry of shipment related information, as well as processing shipments, providing confirmation of shipments to customers, and receiving incoming shipments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete all shipment transactions into Blue Yonder in a timely manner.
- Use other associated programs as needed (IMI, Oracle, E2 Open, Google Docs).
- Respond to carrier requests (via phone or electronically) for shipment tracking and / or tracing and communicate any delays to order originators.
- Compile data for management analysis on an as needed basis (audits).
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies via research in Blue Yonder.
- Maintain files for shipping and receiving daily.
- Prepare necessary backorder and / or other communications to internal and external customers on an as needed basis (order status, timing, etc.).
- May perform kitting, labeling, or other duties prior to shipping products, as necessary.
- Prepare necessary documents for shipping and receiving goods.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads.
- Initiative-taking and dependable; works well with others or individually on tasks.
- Other duties as defined by leadership.
- Demonstrate and promote a solution-based positive attitude in meeting goals and objectives.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained with an eye for detail.
- Promote and ensure a safe work environment.
- Ability to schedule shipments.

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role :
Previous work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and / or distribution environment.Safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).Previous experience and / or knowledge of Blue Yonder.Work Environment
This job operates in a distribution environment. The noise level in the work environment and manufacturing sites can be high.
Physical Demands
The employee must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects using arms, back, abdominal muscles, shoulders, legs, or a combination of these muscle groups to a maximum of 50 pounds.

Machines / Tools Used
Forklifts, electric and manual floor jacks, computer systems, and other department specific tools. All tools and equipment which are required to be used by the employees shall be supplied and kept under repair by the Employer at no cost to the employee. These items must be kept on the premises.
