A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Consultant to support employee experience and operational oversight within a shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify gaps and recommend improvements impacting the employee lifecycle

Administer ticketing systems and generate data insights for decision-making

Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of HR experience in a people-focused or HR operations role

Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent education and experience

Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and HRIS

Ability to analyze metrics and identify trends

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
