Job description2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript (Angular or React), and SQL. Experience with Asynchronous Programming and .NET MAUI / Xamarin. Solid understanding of OOP concepts, development methodologies, and design patterns. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with SCRUM methodology. Good communication skills in both English and Spanish (Bilingual position preferred). Competitive salary of 22,000-25,000 MXN per month up to 29,000 depending on English proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced / Fluent). Full-time position with opportunities for advancement. Flexible work schedules and the ability to work from home. Direct contract with a company based in the USA. Immediate hiring with a 1-month probationary period and potential for a contract extension.

Alset is looking for highly skilled and driven Semi-Senior Full-Stack .NET Developers with 2-4 years of experience in full-stack web development. This is a great opportunity for developers who are ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to complex and innovative projects.
As a semi-senior developer, you will collaborate closely with our team of product managers, designers, and engineers to design and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.

- Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Angular or React), and SQL.
- Work with front-end and back-end development technologies, including Typescript, Asynchronous Programming, and .NET MAUI / Xamarin.
- Troubleshoot software systems, optimize performance and resolve issues across multiple projects.
- Demonstrate understanding of software design patterns, methodologies, and coding best practices.
- Collaborate with other developers to design solutions, contribute to code reviews, and share knowledge.
