We’re seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and driven Brand Ambassadors to act as the public face of our nonprofit-partner campaigns. In this role, you will engage with the public in-person, create positive first impressions, spread awareness of our clients’ missions, and foster meaningful donor and supporter relationships. If you love connecting with people and want to make a difference through direct engagement, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members of the public at community events, street outreach, retail partnerships, or other designated onsite locations, delivering a friendly and informative experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the nonprofit client : help people understand the mission, cultivate interest, and encourage support through donations or other forms of engagement.
• Build trust and rapport with potential supporters by listening, answering questions, and providing relevant information.
• Collect feedback, insights and data from interactions to share with our marketing, outreach and client-teams, helping improve messaging and donor experience.
• Foster ongoing relationships with supporters, monitor engagement, and help coordinate next steps.
• Uphold the values of integrity, sincerity, professionalism and respect for our clients and supporters at all times.
• Collaborate with team members, attend briefings / training, adapt to changing environments..
