Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Transportation Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from setup through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals

Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, staffing, and oversee project billing and QA / QC of deliverables

Develop client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and represent the company in professional organizations

Required Qualifications

B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

10+ years of transportation design engineering and project management experience

Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or the ability to obtain it

Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred

Familiarity with PennDOT design standards preferred
