Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the school year, serving an elementary caseload with additional makeup therapy services. This is a contract role located in Lansdale, PA, providing comprehensive speech and language support to students in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy to elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
- Monitor, document, and report progress regularly.
- Deliver makeup therapy sessions to ensure consistent support for all students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote each student's communication development.
- Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications and Experience :
Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting preferred.Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and appropriate intervention strategies.Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Location :
