Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for an Event Planning Intern with Opulence Entertainment Group. Based in Coral Gables, FL, the role combines on-site responsibilities with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The intern will assist in coordinating event logistics, communicating with vendors, managing project timelines, and supporting the execution of private and public events. Responsibilities also include assisting with event planning documentation, maintaining schedules, and ensuring event quality aligns with company standards.

Paid Internship or eligible for college credits.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Event Management skills to support the coordination and execution of events
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors
• Project Management and Planning skills to organize tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently
• Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Proficiency with basic office tools and software; familiarity with event management platforms is a plus
• Enthusiasm for the event and hospitality industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Availability to commute to Coral Gables, FL for on-site responsibilities
