Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities :
- Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards
- Train, coach, and direct a team to be the best every day
- Be able to add structure and organization
- Take over responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the Kitchen
- Ability to partner and collaborate with the Executive Chef - share and execute the same vision and goals
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications :
3+ years in a Sous Chef role of a casual or upscale casual establishmentHigh-volume, scratch kitchen leadership experienceMust be a great cook and really be passionate about how the food quality affects a guest's experienceProven proficiency in inventory, ordering, scheduling, team building, and the ability to analyze food cost and labor costPassion for high food quality standards and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExecutive Sous Chef Benefits :
