Job descriptionAccepts all calls from residents for transportation requests, displaying good judgment and excellent telephone etiquette. Arranges resident transportation in an accurate, timely, and concise manner, so as to fulfill as many resident requests as possible. Schedules daily work assignments for drivers, assists with the supervision of drivers. Maintains accurate records, reports, and documentation for vehicles. Maintains logs for CHP inspection. Picks up and delivers residents to all activities in a prompt and courteous manner. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. At least one year professional driving experience. Must possess a valid Driver’s License that includes a Passenger Endorsement. Must have a good driving record. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be able to interpret and follow map directions. High school education / GED. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.

Full-Time : 5 days per week. Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm primarily
- Some weekends may be required
- $25 - $26hr.

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for organizing the timely and safe transporting of residents to various individual and group activities.
