Associate Scientific Director

A company is looking for an Associate Scientific Director (Publications).

Key Responsibilities

Lead scientific accounts and provide high-quality editorial review as a therapeutic expert

Identify training needs within the scientific team and oversee the implementation of development plans

Collaborate with client services to ensure timely project completion within budget and resource requirements

Required Qualifications

PhD in biomedical science, PharmD, or MD (or local equivalent) preferred

Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical communications as a medical writer

Demonstrated experience mentoring junior writers

Knowledge of scientific and regulatory requirements for clinical studies

Familiarity with current Good Publication Practices and ICMJE guidelines
