Position Overview :

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and paid advertising teams to create compelling visuals across various mediums, ensuring a seamless customer experience and alignment with Montana Knife Companys brand identity. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional with a passion for design and the outdoor / hunting industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Graphic Design Expertise : Develop visually stunning designs for digital and print mediums, including websites (Shopify), email campaigns (Klaviyo), print ads, packaging, blog graphics, and event booth materials.
• Digital Implementation : Integrate design elements into Shopify and Klaviyo platforms, ensuring a cohesive and appealing user experience.
• Email Marketing : Create and manage email campaigns with engaging designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Ad Design Collaboration : Partner closely with the Paid Ads team to create industry-leading ad designs that capture attention and drive results.
• Project Management : Manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to understand project goals and ensure designs align with brand objectives.
• Support External Partners : Provide graphic design support for external agencies, including SEO, PR, Paid Ads, and Community Marketing teams.
• Digital Calendar Ownership : Maintain and manage the companys digital marketing calendar to ensure smooth campaign execution.
