Manual Machinist / Toolmaker – Turning & Milling

Summary :

Produce precision round‑edge aerospace components using manual machines (Bridgeport mills, jig borers, spline cutters, lathes).

Responsibilities :

Setup & run manual mills, lathes, jig borers & spline cutters

Read blueprints & engineering drawings

Tight tolerance machining & part inspection

Maintain machines & assist in process improvements

Follow safety and quality standards

Qualifications :

2‑7 years manual machining / toolmaking experience

Skilled with Bridgeport, jig borer, lathe, spline cutting

Strong blueprint literacy & measurement tool use
