The Role

Lumen Validated Designsaccelerate time-to-value, reduce deployment cost, and simplify technology adoption with production-tested architecture built on the Lumen Network.They reinforce Lumen's leadership as a trusted partner in #digitaltransformation , #cloud , #security , and the #AI economy.We are building a team of highly skilled, talented, and customer-focused professionals to work with Lumen Product, Technology, Partner, and Sales teams, and our ecosystem partners, to create Lumen Validated Designs and solutions that address customer needs and industry use cases.

As aSeniorLead Program Manager, you will be a key member of the Lumen Validated Designs team and will work closely with x-functional team members in Lumen Product, Technology, Connected Ecosystem, andSalesto manage ValidatedDesign projects from concept to launch. This position provides skilled Program and Project leadership and technical competenciesto plan, manage and deliver all aspects of one or more large,technicaland complex LVD project(s), crossing multiple disciplines. You will alsobe responsible forworking x-functionally to manage lead individual LVDs through the integrated LVD and CE governance program. Key success factors for this role area track recordand passion for leading and delivering Program(s) and Project(s) on-time, on-budgetand toscope specifications. This is a lead PM role in a matrix management environment where strong leadership, training, and mentoring of less experienced PM may berequired.

The Main Responsibilities

• Collaborating with directors, product managers, solution architects, partner alliance managers, and other leads within the LVD team and across groups.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Innovation Executives, Partner and Customer Experience teams, and ecosystem partners in leading each LVD project.
• Synthesize disparate information into clear recommendations,actionsand decisions.
• Provides technical direction for LVD projects in an assigned area, from concept through design to validation to launch.
• Lead to ensure that the project is on schedule, is high quality, is within budget, and meets the measures of success (MOS), high-level achievements (HLA), and LVD Framework, including completion of all required documentation.
• Oversee and mitigate risks across technical functional lanes to ensure that project meets agreed MOS and HLAs.
• Lead andmaintainclient / stakeholderpartnershipsto ensure overall satisfaction.
• Responsible foridentifyingand tracking resource requirements / allocation.
• Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to manage programs and projects and produce operational and financial reporting.
• Acts asprojectteam leader.
• Maintain knowledge in several of the following : technical architecture and solution creation,validateddesigns, software development lifecycle management inmainframe, midrange and three tier architecture, software testingmethodology, production deployment, development, and requirements management.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors

Location Based Pay Ranges :

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$114,082 - $152,109 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
