Senior IAM Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IAM governance, strategy, and advisory initiatives for all identity types

Conduct comprehensive IAM assessments and drive program and process development

Communicate IAM standards and mentor junior IAM team members

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination

Proven experience in IAM governance, strategy, and advisory services

Hands-on experience with passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, and PAM solutions

Deep knowledge of Identity Management Systems and PAM platforms

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
