Are you passionate about precision and machining? As a CNC Milling Technician, you will become a vital member of our team located in Austintown, OH, working a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday in the evening or night hours, with shifts spanning 10 hours.
This role invites those with a keen eye for detail and a love for operating CNC milling machines to craft high-quality parts with a focus on safety and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Arranging and running CNC milling machines to meet specification requirements.
- Interpreting detailed blueprints and work orders to direct operations.
- Observing machine processes closely and making necessary adjustments to uphold quality standards.
- Executing routine upkeep and problem-solving on CNC machinery.
- Adhering to and promoting compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Logging production and performance information accurately.
- Working hand-in-hand with team members to optimize operational processes.
- Employing accurate measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers proficiently.
Qualifications
Completed high school education or GED; additional CNC machining technical training advantageous.Experience as a CNC Mill Operator or relevant position necessary.Solid grasp of CNC programming language and G-code.Capacity to analyze and comprehend intricate documents and blueprints.Competence in maintaining precision tolerances.Knowledgeable about measurement instruments and QC protocols.Acute attention to detail complemented by strategic problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork.Expected Proficiency :
