As a Roadway Engineer in the DRMP Roadway Group , you will provide design and production support in the development of construction plans for roadway projects throughout Florida for clients such as FDOT and local municipalities and counties. Your Primary Responsibilities will include

• Perform engineering design including horizontal alignments, vertical alignments, 3D modeling and cross-sections, pavement design, and temporary traffic control plans, quantities, and cost estimates.
• Preparing of project documentation including Typical Section Packages, Pavement Design Package, Design Variations and Exceptions, Estimated Quantity Reports, and Project Meeting minutes.
• Collaborating with clients, sub-consultant partners, technical staff, and managers across multiple disciplines to develop quality deliverables within schedule and budgetary requirements.
• Directing and mentoring less-experienced support staff.
• Supporting business development efforts including proposal pursuit efforts.
