Provide specialized care : Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
Administer medication with expertise : Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Thorough documentation : Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Empower patients and families : Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
Descripción del empleo
Competitive Compensation ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 annually.
Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked.
The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week.
The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 30 hours completed weekly.
