$84,600.00 / yr - $141,200.00 / yr

About the role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead, 360 Planning & Marketing Campaigns to join our Marketing team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, as well as key brand partnerships and strategic initiatives. This role leads complex projects with strategic significance, ensuring alignment across brand, marketing, creative, and merchandising teams. This role drives the 360 planning process by orchestrating cross‑functional communication, developing campaign plans, and ensuring timely execution across all channels to optimize performance. In addition to campaign and 360 responsibilities, this individual supports day‑to‑day PR efforts such as coordinating product selections, assisting with interview preparation, and communicating key updates and information to the PR agency. This role is critical to ensuring that Total Wine's marketing and PR efforts are cohesive, strategically aligned, and effectively executed to drive successful outcomes. You will report to the Director, Media & Planning.

You will

  • Manage the full 360 planning process, including meeting scheduling, communicating updates, managing deadlines and 360 decks
  • Lead planning and management for campaigns, including but not limited to developing media plans and creative briefs, managing / sharing relevant campaign information, and reporting on results / performance to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across all consumer touchpoints and marketing channels
  • Assist with day‑to‑day marketing PR functions, including coordinating local broadcast segments, managing media inquiries, and collaborating with PR agency
  • Lead the evaluation, execution, and rollout of brand partnerships and strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes

You will come with

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • 3‑6 years of marketing experience, working with multichannel marketing campaigns
  • 3‑6 years’ experience in project management
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions
  • Prior experience developing media plans and creative briefs
  • Foundational understanding of core public relations principles and strategies
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance, identifying key insights and recommending optimizations
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularlyPoint (for presentations and reporting) and Excel (for data tracking and analysis)
  • Process improvement mindset, continuously looking for opportunities to enhance workflows and efficiency
  • Attention to detail and organization, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth execution of projects
