Design and execute strategies to enhance user adoption, engagement, and retention

Oversee support operations and manage key accounts to strengthen relationships and maximize renewals

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in a SaaS marketing operation or marketing agency

A degree or diploma relevant to the organization is considered an asset

Strong recruitment, training, and leadership skills

In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices

Experience in managing global teams and complex projects
