Your Role & Responsibilities Deliver outpatient care in a collaborative setting Document visits in EMR with accurate ICD-10 & CPT coding Network with specialists and consult as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives Share in on-call responsibilities and maintain hospital privileges Supervise practice staff and oversee clinical operations Attend mandatory trainings and regulatory events Communicate concerns with the admin team promptly Stay compliant with all federal, state, and internal regulations Qualifications MD or DO with active Florida license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in EMR, documentation, and general office software Ability to lead, multitask, and foster a positive patient experience Our Ideal Candidate Is : Self-motivated and detail-oriented Passionate about compliance and quality improvement Comfortable supervising staff and coordinating office functions Skilled in conflict resolution and professional communication Certificates & Licenses Required Florida medical license Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine Current DEA registration and professional certifications
