Global Director Environmental Health Safety and Quality

The Global Director of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) position at our client is a highly visible role with a future growth trajectory. Our client is a producer with just over $1B in revenue, focusing on selling to various markets. The Global Director will be responsible for leading manufacturing quality initiatives and standards across 10 manufacturing plants globally, with a strong emphasis on the Americas region. Additionally, they will oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) for the global enterprise, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the EVP, the Global Director will lead a lean but growing team and work closely with Operations Leaders to drive lean and six sigma practices. Responsibilities include establishing and reporting against KPIs, managing operational decisions regarding quality and environmental health, reducing workplace incidents and environmental hazards, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, safety, environmental and health, and 5 years of management experience in leading multi-plant HSEQ.

Our client is offering a competitive base salary of $185,000 - $235,000, annual bonus, full benefits, relocation assistance, 401K, vacation, and holidays.
