We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a significant role in managing and coordinating all aspects of our company's accounting operations.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to : accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Manage and supervise accounting department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
• Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
• Lead and manage the monthly financial close process and ensure timely, accurate and complete results.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Implement and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
• Develop budget and financial forecasts; provide financial analyses as needed.
• Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team.
• Coordinate or assist with the coordination of the annual audit process.
• Perform and oversee the monthly balancing and reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
• Review and manage all ledger accounts and entries.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Interact with other department heads to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
