About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our client’s team. This senior-level role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. The Accountant will be responsible for managing complex accounting functions, streamlining processes, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership by providing accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Manage and lead the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Support external audits by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
