12–20 shifts / month preferred.

Fac 1-5 : Adults Only.

Fac 2 : ~40–60 cases per day.

Fac 3 & 4 : Yes.

Fac 1 : CRNAs, Physicians, Anesthesia Techs.

Fac 2 : Anesthesiologist onsite.

Fac 1 & 2 : General, Ortho, Thoracic, Cardiothoracic, Neuro Spine, Urology, GI, GYN, Gyn Onc, Endoscopy, Cardiac Interventional / EP, Robotics, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Ortho Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Colorectal, Plastics, Bronchoscopy.

Fac 1 : Spinal & Blocks.

Fac 3 : ASC Anesthesia equipment.

Fac 1 : ORs, Hybrid Room, 2 Endoscopy,Bronchoscopy Suite, EP Lab.

Fac 1, 2 & 5 : Epic.

Hospital Privileges required : Yes.
