Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) is needed to provide healthcare support within an elementary school setting. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 30th, offering an opportunity to contribute your nursing skills in a school environment focusing on the health and well-being of young students.

Location : Derry, NH

Duration : Current school year contract (CSY)

Responsibilities include :

• Delivering direct nursing care to elementary students based on individual health plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and documenting student health status and municating with school staff and parents as needed
• Responding promptly to emergencies and health-related issues within the school
• Assisting with health screenings and promoting wellness initiatives among students
• Maintaining accurate health records in pliance with school policies and healthcare regulations
