This hands-on position involves picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, operating embroidery and other production equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a variety of warehouse tasks. Success in this role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn across multiple areas of the warehouse to help deliver high-quality products efficiently.Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyOperate embroidery equipment (training provided) to produce embroidered garmentsLearn and execute heat press and screen printing processesConduct thorough quality checks on all finished productsPackage orders with precision and care to ensure top-quality presentationUnload deliveries and process incoming stock and materialsOperate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment safelyMaintain accurate inventory through warehouse management systemsPerform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsKeep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all timesAssist with events and represent the company in a professional mannerHandle basic administrative tasks related to inventory and order processingCommunicate issues or discrepancies promptly to the Warehouse ManagerSupport additional warehouse or production duties as assignedFlexibility Requirement Our warehouse team members are cross-trained in multiple areas of production and fulfillment.
