Key Account Manager
The key account manager will be responsible for managing our customer relationships and business opportunities across all areas of our portfolio in the country. The role requires strong commercial acumen as well as relationship management skills to develop new opportunities and grow existing accounts. You should also have experience working within the manufacturing industry or similar and be able to demonstrate your understanding of this market.
How You'll Make an Impact :
- Developing and maintaining effective customer relationships at a senior level to ensure that we are seen as a trusted partner and provider of choice
- Creating new sales opportunities through the development of innovative solutions and services which meet customers' needs and expectations
- Manage and prioritize your own workload to deliver against targets and deadlines
- Working collaboratively with colleagues both internally and externally to build effective partnerships and achieve shared goals
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities whilst maximizing profitability
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Hitachi standards
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and enhancement of operational processes and systems to improve overall performance of the team
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hitachi products and services
- Provide feedback and insight into market trends and competitor activity
- Plan and organize activities throughout the year to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
