Join the team at CH Patisserie and work with a James Beard Nominated Chef!

Are you passionate about pastry and eager to learn from a world-class chef?

CH Patisserie is looking to expand our team with Pastry Cooks at three different levels of experience. Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience, we have a place for you!

Pastry Cook Level 3 – Entry-Level (No Experience Required)

Who we’re looking for :

  • No prior kitchen or pastry school experience required
  • Eager to learn, develop skills, and grow in the pastry world
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for baking
  • Must be reliable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment

    • Pastry Cook Level 2 – 1-2 Years Experience or Pastry School Graduate

    Who we’re looking for :

  • 1-2 years of kitchen experience OR completion of a pastry school program
  • Solid understanding of basic pastry techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Eager to expand skills and contribute to menu development

  • Experience leading a team, creating menus, and maintaining high kitchen standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior staff
  • Ability to take ownership of your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
