About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Immunology Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the largest franchise in the immunology and neurology sector, with a focus on achieving sales, OPEX, and market development goals in a profitable and compliant manner. This leadership role involves close collaboration with various internal departments, including marketing, corporate accounts, business operations, and medical affairs, to develop and execute strategies that drive a multi-billion dollar business. The Executive Director will also be tasked with providing direct leadership to the regional sales managers, setting the direction for the field sales team, and ensuring strong employee engagement and productivity. Additionally, the role requires the cultivation of relationships with external stakeholders, such as immunologists, neurologists, and KOLs, to promote the clinical and economic benefits of the company's products.

Candidates for this position should have a BA / BS in business or life sciences, with a proven track record of at least 12 years in sales, sales management, and / or marketing / account management within the healthcare environment. Experience in rare diseases, immunology, and / or neurology is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing strategic business plans, implementing omnichannel strategies, and managing operating expense budgets. Key competencies for this role include the ability to develop and direct others, drive for results, and demonstrate strategic agility. The Executive Director will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time and must be committed to fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and patient-centricity within the sales organization.
