Production Associate

Schedules Available :

• 1st Shift : 4 : 00am-2 : 30pm | $17 / hr.
• 2nd Shift : 3 : 00pm-1 : 30am | $19 / hr.

Responsibilities : Inspect door stacks for quality, identify and repair defects using woodcraft tools (sanders, chisels, putty knives, glue gun, etc.), restack doors, and document rejects. Operate jump tracks, infeed tracks, and assist in various production stages while ensuring customer quality standards are met.

Knowledge & Skills : Ability to read / interpret tickets and specs, recognize defects, and apply repair techniques with precision and creativity. Familiarity with sanding, planing, and woodworking tools required.
