Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in related practice area Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery. Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) AND minimum five (5) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field. Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire Basic Life Support required at hire
