The Registered Nurse (RN) I position involves providing medical and surgical care to adult patients with complex medical conditions in a supportive environment. This role requires effective collaboration with healthcare professionals, assessment and planning of patient care, as well as the implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions. The RN will work on a medical / surgical unit, requiring a valid Oklahoma nursing license and a commitment to ongoing education and skills development.

Overview :

Compensation / Benefits

• $27.84-45.46 / hr depending on previous work experience.
• Evening differential $2.50 / hr.
• Night differential $3.00 / hr.
• Weekend differential $3.00 / hr.

Our 5TA Medical team provides medical / surgical care to adult populations with a wide variety of complex medical conditions. We focus our efforts on restoring optimal physical and mental well-being in each unique situation with a constant goal of maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our patients. Our unit consists of 16 med / surg tele beds and provides post-op colorectal care. We are looking for a high-energy RN with excellent communication skills to join our team of healers.
