We are currently searching for an experienced Right of Way Agent to support our Midwest Region located in Dayton, OH .

To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, two years real estate and / or engineering experience.

The Right of Way (ROW) Agent acquires land, easements, and other rights for our DOT and municipal clients.

What you’ll be doing :

• Responsible for claim settlement where client’s activities incur damage to property
• Prepares document necessary to negotiate and option the proposed ROW
• Is knowledgeable in title reports, appraisals, and basic ROW / roadway plans
• You will meet with property owners to make offers, prepare and document paperwork and activities, and report to supervisor regularly
• Relo agent will also be required to make relocation offers
